Our small team works very efficiently, and our customers demand high professional results in B-to-B & B-to-C. Therefore we are looking for a long-term freelance Customer Care Manager & a Social Media Content Creator.
Customer Care Manager
– Excellent in organization & communication
– Used to GoogleSuite, WordPress, Zoom, Eventbrite & ActiveCampaign
– Delegating production jobs like Mail-Campaign, Landingpages or Flyers
– Quality Management in tech and media production
– Administrating customer user journey
– Setting up customer trainings
– Google calendar care
– Check attendance registration
– Creating evaluation forms
– E-Mail correspondence for basic customer questions
– Customer support on a customized web learning platform
– Fluently in German and English
– Need for complex and self-responsible thinking
– 100% reliable and fast responsiveness
You are willing to learn and make your own hands dirty to do the job instead of waiting; then you are the right person for us. We will work based on weekly agreed tasks, and there should be a daily availability if needed.
Social Media Manager
– Understanding and experience with Social Media Marketing
– Reliable Social Media Account Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Youtube)
– Support Content Production (Text, Graphics, Audio & Video)
– Self-Production or Job-Delegation (Writing, Translation, Blog, Newsletters, Books, SalesPages, Ads, Podcast & Online-Trainings)
– Willingness to master a lot of content and to use different channels to support our customers with their challenges
– Fluently in German and English
