SELF-Leadership TO CO-Leadership

With our Mindful Business Approach (MBA) program, we guide you through a journey that leads from Self- to Co-Leadership to gain the skills, tools, and understanding you need to navigate the complexities of this fourth industrial revolution.

In this program, you will learn how to empower yourself and others, create personal and professional routines that align with your ultimate goals, and engender a culture of camaraderie in any endeavor you undertake.

Mindfulness exercises and methods like journaling or the talking circle alternated with meditation units and impulses. Mounira and Angel were there with heart and soul and harmonized very well.     We work on four levels that can fundamentally help you in your quest for improvement in your personal and professional life.

    As the world continues its evolution towards a digitized environment, businesses across all industries have experienced an exponential rise in new ways to connect to the world around them, cater to the needs of their clients, and provide more services and resources than ever before. But with these new opportunities come new challenges – the way in which people relate to one another is completely changing, and that change has introduced the need for a new understanding of how to connect and communicate.

    Our understanding of the people we work with, do business with and relate to personally depends on how deeply we understand our own complex inner workings. Together, we’ll examine the core of what it means to connect to ourselves and others and learn how to implement this meaningful knowledge to help you walk your own authentic path. How bright your company’s future is depends on its ability to connect, be agile, and help your people unveil their truest potential.

     

    Level 1 - Self-Leadership

    The first step is to really get to know yourself and establish a basic understanding of how to lead yourself. This includes understanding your personal strengths and weaknesses and consolidating your purpose deeply in your actions. Based on this understanding, you will work out your value map with clear strategies and routines that will bring you one step closer to living a fulfilled life and having complete responsibility for yourself.

    Level 2 - Relationships

    Getting to our full potential means consciously navigating the richness and complexity of our relationships. We dive deeply into the understanding of encounter and relationship culture and which communication models not only help us to lead empathic conversations, but also to solve conflicts constructively.

    Level 3 - Co-Creation

    On the journey to a new “WE” culture, it is all about not only understanding the people around us, but accompanying each other with kindness and curiosity into their authentic selves. Through co-creative tools, we learn to establish a team culture of trust and establish a common purpose that allows the potential of the team to be unlocked.

    Level 4 - Co-Leadership

    Leading means to inspire people and bearing the responsibility for the consequences of the decisions we have to make. In order to live conscious and transparent co-leadership, a basic understanding of modern self-organization is needed, which integrates the strengths and weaknesses of the team, distributes responsibilities based on natural roles, and learning to create agile organization structures for the benefit of all.

    In this program, we combine a series of mindfulness techniques and group working sessions to help you learn and understand new concepts and put them to work in a training environment. In this way, you will return home confident in your new skill-set, ready to bring your renewed understanding to your teams. You’ll be ready to implement the action plans and routines you need to meet your own goals and facilitate your own success and the success of others.
